Available Grant Opportunities From The Midtown CDC

Grants of up to $5,000 can be provided to any Midtown business looking to enhance their storefront. Improvement grants can be used for window or door repairs/ improvements, signage, awnings, exterior lighting, etc.

Businesses located within the Midtown Boundary are eligible to receive up to $3,000 as a micro-grant for various business improvements. Micro-grants can support the purchase of equipment, software, hardware or technological enhancements.

Grants of up to $2,500 to be awarded to businesses who are interested in enhancing the area around their business/ organization through the addition of landscaping enhancements (i.e., flowerpots, tree planter, street scape improvements etc.).

Up to $20,000 of purchase price of a home is being offered to community members looking to buy a home within the Midtown Boundary. Requirements include meeting income criteria (household income may not surpass 150% Area Median Income) and having home serve as primary residence for a minimum of five years.

$25,000 is available to existing homeowners in Midtown for home improvement costs. This grant can be applied to both interior & exterior code-related rehab projects. These funds are stackable with the ACIA home repair program which would give existing homeowners the opportunity to receive up to 50,000 in home repairs.
